The following conditions apply when withdrawing winnings from oktkbd:

• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500
• KYC verification must be completed before making a withdrawal.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 1–24 hours processing time.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• The number and amount of withdrawals within a given period may be subject to limits.

Oktkbd reserves the right to hold withdrawals and conduct an investigation if fraudulent activity or bonus abuse is suspected. During the investigation, oktkbd may request relevant documentation.

The general bonus policy is as follows:

• Every bonus has a Wagering Requirement (wagering requirement) applies. For example, a 30x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus means you must place ৳30,000 in bets before making a withdrawal.
• Bonuses have an expiry date — any bonus not used within the specified period will be forfeited.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be applied to the same deposit unless oktkbd explicitly permits it.
• Withdrawing while a bonus is active may result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.
• Oktkbd reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

• Harassing or threatening other members or staff

You may request to close your account at any time through the oktkbd support team. Any pending withdrawals will be processed before the account is closed.

Oktkbd may suspend or close your account under the following circumstances:

• Engaging in suspicious or fraudulent activity
